Stealth mode (user32.dll, Steam Families):

1. Run DeleteSteamAppCache.exe.
2. Copy user32SF.dll and AppListManager.exe to your Steam folder.
3. Rename user32SF.dll to user32.dll.
4. Use AppListManager.exe to create the list of games/DLC to unlock, or skip this step to only use Steam Families bypass.
5. Start Steam.
6. user32.dll and the AppList folder can be deleted after logging in for additional stealth.
7. If games or DLC stop being unlocked, run DeleteSteamAppCache.exe again.
